This Privacy Policy explains how CCO Labs, LLC ("we," "us"), the provider of the YourStockLife mobile application (the "App"), handles information in connection with the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are salted and hashed before storage.
- Password reset codes. If you request a password reset, we generate a short-lived, single-use code, store only a hashed version of it, and email it to you. Reset codes expire after 15 minutes.
- Authentication token. After you sign in, a session token is stored on your device to keep you signed in. It is not shared with third parties.
Information stored only on your device
The following are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers:
- Your portfolio holdings and any cost-basis information you enter.
- Your watchlist.
- Your notification preferences.
If you delete the App or clear its data, this on-device information is removed with it.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or biometric data.
- We do not use advertising identifiers, and the App contains no third-party advertising.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To send transactional emails, such as password-reset codes.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
Data retention
We retain your account record until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account), which removes your account record from our database. Password-reset codes are deleted or expire within 15 minutes.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account. Use Profile → Delete account in the App to permanently remove it.
- Access or correct. Contact us at support@yourstocklife.com to request access to or correction of your account information.
- Notifications. You control notifications in the App and in your device settings.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including hashing of passwords and reset codes and encrypted connections (TLS), to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YourStockLife mobile application (the "App"), provided by CCO Labs, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
The App is an informational and educational tool that scores and analyzes publicly traded stocks and lets you track a personal portfolio. Scores, ratings, theses, radar charts, and forecasts are generated using automated models and artificial intelligence applied to third-party market data.
Not investment advice.We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and we do not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in the App is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Scores and modeled forecasts are estimates, not predictions or guarantees, and past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
2. AI and data accuracy
Content in the App is derived from third-party data sources and automated/AI models. It may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or out of date, and prices may not reflect real-time market values. All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and you should independently verify any information before relying on it.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority where required to form a binding contract).
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the App; attempt to access it by unauthorized means; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, scores, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. Market data and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party services and data
The App incorporates data and services from third parties (including market-data providers, email delivery, hosting, and Apple). Your use of the App may also be subject to those parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the App or its users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
